 1: What is included in the price?
Prefabricated house materials (wall panels, steel jointing materials, roof coverings, roof insulation, and roofing materials), exterior door - steel door, interior doors - American door, balcony doors - glazed door, window and glass installation, interior and exterior painting, electrical and plumbing installations in prefabricated houses, and electrical and water supply.
 2: What are the customer's responsibilities?
Concrete floors and walls (screed, ceramics, carpet, tiles, etc.), external connections outside the prefabricated house (electricity, sewage, clean water), permits and licenses obtained from the municipality, heating and cooling installations (heater, air conditioning, etc.), accommodation and meal costs for the assembly team, and material transportation in settlements outside Izmir are our customers' responsibility.
 3: Is a license required for prefabricated houses?
Permits are subject to the permission of the municipality where the house will be built. Architectural plans, electrical plans, and mechanical plans are the customer's responsibility to obtain a license. Licenses and all other legal permissions are our customer's responsibility.
 4: How is the sound and heat insulation of the prefabricated house?
The outer wall thickness we use in our prefabricated houses is 10 cm. Styrofoam with a density of sixteen between the wall panels and rock wool used for roof insulation provide more heat and sound insulation compared to concrete houses.
 5: What is the approximate lifespan of the prefabricated houses?
The main material used in our prefabricated houses is Betopan. The company manufactures villas. The company offers a 50-year warranty against external natural conditions. The prefabricated house carrier system and all metal parts in contact with the exterior are galvanized and rust-resistant. The average lifespan of our prefabricated house is 40-50 years.
 6: Can it be built over a concrete house?
It can only be built over single-story reinforced concrete houses. The prefabricated house must have a solid and flat floor.
 7: Is it possible to build a prefabricated house with the plan and exterior shape we want?
They can be manufactured in all desired dimensions and designs as long as they fit the prefabricated construction system.
 8: On average, how many days can the prefabricated houses be delivered to the customer?
Depending on the square meter of the prefabricated house you choose and the availability of the factory, a one-story house with an area of ​​​​120 square meters is delivered within 70-2 working days. Assembly is completed in 5-7 on average.
 9: What vehicles are used to transport prefabricated houses?
Transport of prefabricated houses: trucks, ships, trains, or cargo planes.
 10: Are prefabricated houses earthquake-resistant?
It should not be forgotten that the production of prefabricated houses began with the increase in earthquake periods.
Due to the fact that it is much lighter than a reinforced concrete house and the disassembled parts are held together with steel bolts, it bends during an earthquake, but does not collapse.
 11: Can a prefabricated house be installed elsewhere later?
Yes, it can be installed, but dismantling, team, master, and repainting costs are incurred. Renovation is possible for prefabricated houses.

 13: What is your payment method? Can you make monthly payments?
Starting from the contract date, 50% of the contract price is paid in cash, and the remaining 50% is paid in cash at the start of assembly.
 14: Where can we see the prefabricated house you built?
We are currently operating in Izmir and publish our work on our website and social media profiles.

Concrete floors and all types of excavation works.
Floor and wall covering works (screed, ceramics, tiles, carpets...etc.).
Obtaining the necessary official permits for the construction of the building
. All types of insulation works between the building and the concrete floor.
Telephone and computer installations and UPS units.
Main electrical distribution.
Electricity and water meter

How to buy a ready-made home step by step?
1. You can choose your project by visiting our showroom.
2. You can visit our model homes and select the home you want from our models.
3. Our home contract is concluded, and the project plans and concrete floor are provided to you.
4. A 50% down payment is required in the contract, and the remaining 50% is required upon delivery.
5. You take the prefabricated home project to the architectural office of the site where it will be built.
6. The architectural office prepares your project in a licensing file and submits it to the municipality.
7. The municipality approves it, and you lay your concrete according to the concrete plan provided.
8. The prefabricated home comes to your site with its installation team.
9. The prefabricated homes are installed by us. (Doors, ceilings, windows, interior and exterior painting, electricity, plumbing, sockets, lights, and fuse box are all completed.)
10. You place a thin screed on the floor and apply parquet and tile work.
11. Then you contact us, and we perform the painting and silicone mastic work, and leave the house.
12. By placing your kitchen cabinets and all your furniture in your home, you can sit comfortably in your home in summer and winter.
